I have been cleaning up and finding things I forgot I had
new repro OAI scoops for exmple.

Among the things I find is

Two [useless] 19.2V batteries

Worked GREAT 8 yrs ago when it did the trans swap on my truck on one battery.

You would need the batteries rebuilt now.
