Milodon 7qt oil pan stress cracks

Just thought I share this with you guys. If anybody is planning on running a 7qt pan, stay away from Milodon.
My new engine came with a brand new Milodon 7qt oil pan. After about 150 miles cruising, never WOT, I came home and noticed oil seeping. After further inspection, I found the cracks on the oil pan. There are 4 long cracks, 2 are visible in the pictures and 2 you can barely see. There was no impact, pickup was installed correctly per Milodon's instructions, it just cracked from vibration is my guess. I ended up pulling the engine and installing a oil pan and pickup I got from Rocket Racing. Since I had put on another 800 miles with no issues. On ROP there was few guys that had the same problem with Milodon oil pans.
Here are the pictures of the cracks.

Nothing yet, I've sent them the pictures, so far they wanna see more pictures. I am about to snap them from every angle and send it to them. Curious to see how they will handle this.

I had a Milodon oil pump pick up fail due to a poor weld.

Lost oil pressure and lost the engine.

Cost me $4,000 to fix it.

Milodon had a real shitty attitude in regard to my complaint, so I sued them and won a judgment.

Their QC is suspect at best,
