Carlisle/Jefferson Swap Meet

I live in Indiana and was wondering if it would be worth going to Carlisle or Jefferson, they are the same weekend.

Never been to Jefferson, always go to Carlisle. Do not recommend Carlisle on Sunday as it turns into a vacant lot pretty quick. And of course weather is always an issue.

Lately, the big days for Carlisle are Thursday and Friday. Some of the big vendors at Carlisle (TP Tools, for example) are out the gate by early Sat afternoon. I haven't been to Carlisle on a Sunday in a decade. By the time I leave late Sat evening, it's already a ghost town.

I'm sure Carlisle is bigger than Jefferson. Jefferson is huge for the mid-west, but it is limited by size of the county fairgrounds, and they use every inch. I'm 20 miles from there.
The same thing happens at Jefferson; half of the venders bug out on Saturday evening, and Sunday is very slow, especially if the weather is poor. That said, if you price things right at Jefferson, you will sell it.
