I just want you guys to know that I appreciate the information that is shared on this site. Until 2 yrs ago I was a Mopar guy and did not know a lot about Oldsmobiles. Thanks to this site and the amount of very good information that is shared here I was able to do a frame off restoration on my Cutlass Vert. I have the itch again and really want to do something with a Jeep Grand Wagoner. I have not found the right Wagoneer yet but I have been doing a lot of research on the net. So far I have not been able to find any resource from the Jeep community that rivals the information found here. Keep up the good work.

I have never looked for a Jeep forum but have owned a bunch of CJ's. When I had my 86 there was not a lot of info on the pollution controls and it was easier to bypass all that stuff than mess with it.

Not going anywhere Ted. The Cutlass is a keeper and I donT have all the bugs worked out yet. I have been thinking it would be cool to have a Woody for a daily driver. Maybe sell my truck. If I go that route I was thinking of upgrading the driveline to a late model Mopar 5.7 with a overdrive automatic tranny.

Steve, I agree, the older Jeeps are COOL and seem to have quite a following. The red one on Breaking Bad was really nice. So, good luck in your search. I'll keep my eyes open. But, should you ever want to resurrect another Olds, I know where you could get your hands dirty!

Thanks for keeping a lookout for me Scott. You see a lot of territory. In your parts chases. Yep we gotta get together and turn some wrenches.
