I'm debating, would like to that is for sure. Its been a long time and I have now heard the official day is not that good anymore its the days leading up to it (or should I say nights) that are the best. Of course that could be just the "poo pooers" saying its not like it used to be.

 

I go every year as a spectator. It's just to darn crowded to drive on Saturday and there are to many fools to park without guarding your car all day. The W-30 and my 66 Corvette will stay at home on Saturday. I will probably take one of my cars over Wednesday or Thursday before it gets to crazy.

The last time I took a car, I went for a walk and came back to a family of four leaning on my W-30. I now go and park my every day car on a side street and then walk and gawk.

 

I dont go down on Saturday.I can watch it on The Flat Screen.We are getting plenty of rain right now and they are calling for beautiful weather Wednesday through Sunday..If you're in the area .Send me a line..

 

I'm trying for Wednesday. Right now it looks like it will be the Corvette. My 442 rear bumper is one the way back from being chromed. I don't think it will be here in time. I will be with a guy driving a 67 W-30 and another with a 68 W-30. I guess I will be the odd man out.

 

This Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will probably be good. Hopefully I can get down on one of them. Saturday is a bit too busy my liking.

I'm staying North and doing the Back to the Bricks in Flint all week. Its getting too crowded now also. Your better off just to park and get your lawn chair out and watch them idle by.

 

Been out there last Wednesday, Friday sunday and last night. Will be out again tonight. Will any others be out?
