Finally got the cutlass out of storage

First, the good news...

Went up to my Mother's, where I have been storing my cutlass since Thanksgiving. After making sure the battery was charged, I pumped the gas 5-6 times, and she started right up and purred like a kitten.

Drove her home (about a 4 hour trip) smiling the whole time.

Now the bad news...

Woke up this morning and there's 8 inches of snow on the ground!

Hmmmm, maybe you should dwell on the good news.

So can I blame this weather on you for getting your car out?

I kinda had to go get it this past weekend. One of the things that I do for my kids (in addition to working like a dog) is to help them in scouts and coach soccer. I've been doing that for the last 14 years.

If I didn't go up last weekend, my next free weekend would have been in June, and I had no intention of waiting that long!
