According to the VIN it's not a CS. So either the VIN has been switched or someone went to a LOT of effort to put CS parts on it.
67 CS vert VIN starts 338677. Regular 67 Cutlass vert VIN starts 336677
Still, a nice looker. Paint is somewhat on the crappy side though.
