I doubt very seriously you will find a build sheet/broadcast card for a 66 Lansing car. If your car has the 5V,it's a 442 and it came with a 400 engine. I got 400 engines for sale.

If the WG is the engine unit number prefix and suffix and the block number is 394417, what you have is the 320 HP 330. If the large cast number on the left side of the cylinder head (as you face it) is 3, it is a '66 engine, if it is 4, it is a '67 engine. That is, of course if the head, block, and internals have not been swapped.
That is a screaming under-recognized small block combo in itself.
