In 30 seconds I found two 72 Skylarks,a 72 Cutlass supreme, a 75 98, an 84 98, and a 72 Cutlass 4-door all for under $10,000. As far as I can tell most of them run, although a few need body work and repainting. The south chicago craigslist is full of these cars if you're interested in finding a good project for the winter.
