what value is the POP w out the car plus it says 2nd owner so its not even the original POP ?

what IDs it as a pace car

also seller has 0 feedback

The list for festival and track cars is on 442.com tech page and then codes page. Highest Cutlass on the list ends in M304611.

This still could be a pace car pkg. but not and Indy car.

All I'm seeing is a Lansing-built 1970 Supreme convertible that got traded or sold early. That 4-27-70 date really means nothing as far as Pace Car provenance as it is the date the car was warranty registered to its second owner. If it was indeed a Festival car, how can it have already been registered to its second owner a month before the 1970 500?

Somebody better have some serious documentation.
