A friend has a 66 Delta with a broken ear on his exhaust manifold. 425 engine. The exhaust is an "R" casting. I have a #3 casting from a small block that is identical in dimensions to the R except for the outlet and crossover pipe size. We can't find another R manifold locally so he wants to use the 3 casting and have the pipes resized to fit the smaller diameter. Any problems, other than the obvious smaller exit size. This is not a performance issue with him.

 

I might have one off a 65 Starfire.. we are talking about the passengers side Correct ?
