69 Olds Ralley Wheels-Fit 83 Cutlass?

Hello Olds people. I've got a set of 14 X 7 Olds ralley wheels from a 69 Cutlass. I bought them for my 65 442, but they don't fit over the callipers on the non-stock front disc brakes. I might be getting my old 83 Cutlass Supreme Brougham back from one of the kids one day. Does anyone know if the ralley wheels would fit on the 83? I think it had 14 inch rims with front disc brakes.

In early 1969 there were only drum brake Rallye Wheels. Late in 1969 a disc brake version was released. Which do you have?

I don't know. They have bolt-on centers, if that helps. They're in storage at the barn on Vancouver Island, so no way to even look at them right now. Bummer.

They will fit. I had a 1981 Cutlass when I got my 71 Olds and I robbed the SS Cragars from my 81 and put them on my 71 and put the 71 SS II wheels on my 81 Olds.

Are you positive?. Yes the bolt pattern is the same but are you confident that his rims are for disc brakes? I think they are but I am not certain.

Well....I'm not sure about that. Did the drum brakes and disc brakes have different sets of rims? Because my rims will fit on the front or back and both cars both had drum brakes in the back.

My brother had an 83' Cutlass Hurst Old's, and one thing I do know is the tires were 215/65/15 inch, as still have his original worn tires on a set of storage rims in the basement. Thinkin' 14 inchers are gonna look funny on that car, and maybe have some front brake caliper fitment issues.

In 1983 the HO was the ONLY Olds A body to get 15" rims. All the other cars got 14" rims with no other option.

If they are 14 x 7 they will be 1970 or newer wheels and should work on a 83 Cutlass.

Thanks for all the info, guys. If I get to use the wheels, is it hard to find the 3 missing bolt-on center caps, or are they fairly common (and inexpensive)?
