67 convertible header bow advice

so... I pulled the conv. top off finally and got the lathches off. Suprised the header bow came off with it. Thought it was welded... lol. Anyway, after i blasted it, The top was georgeous, but there were some holes in the bottom corners that i'm thinking i can possibly patch?? Take a look and tell me, for the $400 these things cost new, this piece seems too nice and solid everywhere else to be "trash". Or dont waste the time, and go ahead and try to budget in a new one... your experience? Im not paying anyone to do the work, its all done by me. But i dont feel like working for $2 an hour, so if the repop is more cost effective in the long run... you get it.
thanks for the advice!

I would fix what you have. That's not bad at all for a 45 year old car.
