A good guy! A little off the wall with his speech but he needed to make a point and get the people moving.
A very strange site to travel the streets down here doing storm prep during the summer.

Wind speed is a tricky thing. I went to Camp Muir on Mt. Rainier once and the ranger would not let us go up as the wind gusts were 90mph. once they went down to half that he let us go. 45 mph gust knocked me on my caboose a few times. I'd hate to see the 80-90 mph winds.
