Sixty years ago today the famous "Rocket 88" Song hit the Charts! Great, Classic TUNE! Now, who can name the Artist? (WITHOUT 'Googling it etc!)

Who would have guessed the band was rocket 88 and this is considered by wiki as one of the first rock and roll songs.

 

I believe Jackie Brentson was the original artist, although a myriad of artists have covered this song.

I've got it by Chuck Berry, but I am pretty sure he's not the original artist. I went to a rockabilly show not long ago, and I couldn't believe the band didn't now the song!
