Did the 70 442 delete plate have woodgrain on it. I know the H&H kits make them but I recall that they were not wood grain covered but I may be thinking of the 2 F-85 W-31 that I owned.

Cover, radio hole, 70-72, 404887. Thus one can conclude that the plastic grained finish cover was used on all non-radio F85s and could have a glue-on wood-grain applique on it if the dash had woodgrain appliques elsewhere.
