1972 Cutlass Center Vents

1972 Cutlass Center Vents
I am trying to find out what size screws to use to attach the center vent outlet to the duct. GM part number is 9419791. Is there a conversion chart for this?

I looked for 9419791 which took me to GM Wiki and it said to replace that part number with part number 145135. Searching for 145135 yields a screw of type:

Raised Head Self-Tapping Screw 3.5 Mm 19 Mm Star Din 7981 Steel Zinc Galvanized
