Does anyone know if there are anymore 1966 Oldsmobile Dealership/salesman books or is this the complete set?

Unless you find something that has price notes or an actual order form, those are all I know about.

 

I have yet to find an order forms for a 1966 F-85 model car which i would like to get my hands on. There are scans of the F- 85 "Cutlass" available. I wonder if any one has these new old stock or used.
