Blackjack headers
Used a set decades ago. Diconnect motor mount on drivers side,Starter needed to be dropped, header slipped into place and attached loosely, then re-install starter, and then tighten header to head. If I remember correctly they were a small tube header (1 1/2 diameter) more for a cruiser vs high out put street/strip type vehicle. I switched to a set of Hooker Super Comps the following year. Fit was much better, as was construction.
From what I’ve heard, Blackjack headers are a good option if you’re looking for something budget-friendly. They were pretty popular back in the day and seem to last a long time.

My brother had a set back in the day on my 442 and they were there when I bought it off him. I was going to have them Jet Hot coated, but it was cheaper to just order a set they sold already coated so I sold them off. Looked like decent headers though! The Jet hot header brand I now have isn't known to me. I probably knew what brand they were 20 years ago but have long since dropped it out of my memory bank! I asked Jet Hot what brand they would have been when I re-started my resto but there were new owners who couldn't know. They did recoat my headers under warranty so their warranty is good. They look very, very nice now!
