I bought a very similar one from Greg's Equipment a few years ago. Theirs lists for more money, but they will sell the display model they drag to Carlisle at a discount so they don't have to haul it home, which is how I got mine for just about $900. The hydraulic jacks help a lot. I'm happy with mine.
Chinese? Crappy hydraulics? Does it need a bunch of "adapters" to suit the various vehicles you'd use it with?

ANY rotisserie will need adapters for the body you are mounting to it. And good luck finding one that doesn't have chinesium hydraulics. The hydraulics are only for setup. Once the body is in place at the correct height, through bolts hold it there. There's no permanent load on the cylinders.
I guess I did the Rund car backwards. I put the body up on drums and a wooden A frame in front after jacking it up with the frame still on it. Then I unbolted the frame and rolled it out. I put the frame on a pair of engine stands so I could rotate it. I didn't have any reason to flip the body upside down, no rust down there on a desert car body.

Keep an eye out in your local area craigs list, and such, you might find someone selling theirs that they are done with.
Also your local car show/clubs might know of a member with one, they don't need.
BackInTheGame----I bought a nice one from Auto Twirler at the Carlisle Car Show in 2013 for $1200. It's basic but very well made. I've used in on a few restos now without issue. It has lots of adjustments and works well for frames and bodies. I haven't needed any adapters for the cars I've done. You can see it in my current resto mod thread if you wish. Hope that helps.
After looking at the more expensive brands like auto twirler and Greg Smith I bought the Titan ROT 4500 with the extended add on legs. I looked for a used one local but had no luck. I paid $1000 a couple years ago. I really liked it. It had the big wheels which made rolling around REAL easy. Had removable hydraulic jacks to easily lift it up to the height you want and then you can remove them so the hydraulics dont get screwed up while sandblasting. It was really stable with my 70 on it. Full rotation and all. Spun real easy once I got the balance right. I even transported the body to the body shop on the rotiseree. No issues at all. I was pleased. Anything less than $1000 for a new Rotiserree is good IMO but look for the details you need. The one your looking at looks similar without the big wheels. I really wanted large wheels to be able to roll around easy. The body shop that did my paint work REALLY liked it compared to the ones they had.

Transporting worked well. Even at highway speeds. Went 100 miles like that. I did put a couple Jack stands under the body to help support the middle from flexing. Maybe overkill but easy insurance.
