Bumper/fender brace discussion (continued)

As a follow up, I ordered the correct braces so we'll see about the whole fender alignment/damage issue commented on above. I also ordered the correct bolts for the RS fender. I am going to attempt the install of the braces because after looking at what I'm up against, it shouldn't be too bad. Oh, and I'm ditching those braces up top.

I should also note that I took a good look at the integrity of my front end, and I dare say nothing looks sketchy. All the bumper braces are in good shape and there are no signs of previous damage. My guess is the PO who built it for racing removed
the braces as a weight saving measure.

I will keep you all updated on the progress.
