Interesting film on choke operation

Amazing how much fuel is sucked out of primary circuit when the choke is closed!

Holy Geek Squad Batman! Awsome video, excellent idea with the clear choke flap, it would be cool on the secondary side also for viewing. Love the Floor Shine shoes. Thanks for posting. Nice new big block chevy also.

That is a great video. Very explanatory, and I prefer the 60s/70s method of man in suit explaining well as opposed to current styles.

I swear GM's choke set up was way better than most of the Ford and Chrysler equipped vehicles. Actually the Rochester carbs were miles ahead in so many ways. Reminds me of the old school videos.

This should be a sticky for all the new guys with old GM cars,as many are unfamiliar with how the car should be started and how it should function when all is set correctly. How many times has someone here tried to explain it, or how to look for fuel discharge through the accelerator nozzles?
