POP returned to rightful car

Well, after long wait, thanks to Karl S and the interwebs

The 1968 H/O Protecto Plate I found on ePay has found its way to the proper owner and the car it goes with.

I bought it from eBay when I saw it was a 344 VIN, 1968 442, and my car has no such paperwork at all. Upon inspection I see it was born with the OW trans and Z-Z silver paint. That can mean only one thing.

Now, please, someone find me a Protecto Plate bearing

What's important is that the POP was reunited with its original car thus adding to (if not completing) its provenance. That's the way this hobby is supposed to work!

Kudos to Chris and Karl for making it happen!

This small card can mean so much to someone. Great to know people like you are around. Speaking of which, I have one I need to get to someone too...
