Will a Z bar for 66-67 442 fit a 65 442?

The equalizer shaft had a first and second design, but that change was made early in the 1964 model year. According to the 1972 Oldsmobile Parts Catalog, all V8's from 1965 thru 1967 would use the same shaft. This applies to V8 cars only. The equalizer was different for the six cylinder models, which were of Buick design according to the part numbers.

I can't vouch for what Fusick's has, only what the factory publication lists. I see that Fusick's actually doesn't list one for use previous to 1966. Maybe someone else with personal experience will chime in.
