X water pump?

X water pump?
Well, it looks more like a picnic table to me.
I have had this for years. It has an X with a line over the top.
I have no idea how to ID this thing. Any one know?
The #'s read 412265.
Under those, D19Y.
Under and to the left of those, a T.
Between the 2 screw marks, 257.

Ha ha, now that I am looking at it
again...I think it may be a very large 4.
I had to **** my head to one side, squint
a little, put on my other set of glasses and sneeze.
Then I saw it!
