Grant sells an adapter that bolts an aftermarket wheel to your column. Easy to change out.

The top end of the GM steering column is the same in all RWD cars from 1969 to 1996. The hub will be the same for all of those and is readily available anywhere that sells the wheels.

This is what where talking about any place that sells the wheels will sell it. It's the only way you can bolt an aftermarket wheel to the column.

Which one?

I would go with the the N34 Custom-Sport/Rally steering wheel my own self.
Fusick sells them as a kit or you can find original ones on evilbay, post in parts wanted.
It and it's parts are designed for your Oldsmobile and will bolt right on, the horn button will even work.
It's not aftermarket so I guess it would be market?

Damn that's a good looking wheel looks better than the pos Grant in mine. I know that's what I want for my Cutlass. Something else for me to save up for.

Most of Grants steering wheels that are inexpensive will rust out quickly.
Their bolts are cheap metal junk. http://www.nastyz28.com/forum/showpo...76&postcount=8

I always wanted one for my 78 Camaro and the nuts on it rusted out
quicker then anything I've ever seen rust on a car before. Junk.

I have to take them BACK off and have them powdercoated most likely.
That or I'm swapping a Tenzo R racing wheel on it. This type of wheel
won't look right in a Cutlass, but will look awesome in a Camaro.

I like my 442 wheel myself.....it's in immaculate condition, so I'm keeping that one.
Here's a Grant wooden wheel a guy put in a Catalina that might look good.
Obviously matching the wood grain IMO would be important or it will be a no go.
So that will be hard to do.

This is what is replacing my Camaro's Grant - Tenzo R......1/3 the price of a Mumo which is top notch.

That's a mighty fine looking steering wheel on that camaro, but yea you are right,it will not go with a cutlass, unfortunately my interior is dark brown so black racing steering wheels are not really an option, unless of course I can find a brown gt racing wheel or maybe even a all chrome steering wheel to go with. Aluminum polished inserts on mdash any ideas? ymy

You can change the color of interior to black or any other color. With using the same interior. Just die the interior.
