Are the wiper transmission arms the same for both of the windshield wiper motors available for 66 cutlass?

Yes, they would have to be to have the same arc of travel for the wiper blades.

If you're asking about the actual under cowl mechanism,they are different. The square motor uses one type and the round motor uses another type.

I checked int my parts stash and I found a drive arm (from the wiper motor) that is shorter than the one I had on my transmission, so with a couple new rivets I have the correct transmission for the rectangular motor
