I want to get a reproduction window sticker for my 1967 CS 442. I have the Protect O Plate and it matches the engine #, trans date and differential ID. The differential ID is PSI and the passenger side differential tube is marked SI.
The car has standard steering, standard brakes, C60 air conditioning and M21 4 speed.
According to the Oldsmobility.com website RPO Option Codes list, a car with C60 and M21 options requires a G93 option 3.55 differential.
As an aside, the 1967 Chassis Manual does not show a 3.55/SI differential available in 1967 but the 1966 chassis manual does show a 3.55/SI differerential available.

My question, would G93 show up on the window sticker as an option and if so should it not be N/C ?

 

1967 cars could have come with either the BOP 8.2" axle or the Type O 8.5" axle. The BOP axle got the 3.55 gears, the Type O got the 3.42s. The standard axle ratio with M21 was 3.90 except with A/C (C60). In that case, the G93 would have been a mandatory option. It would have shown up as an option on the window sticker, not N/C.

I haven't found a documented cost for the G93 option specifically but it appears that all the other differential options that do show a cost are all $21.06 so that is what I'll use.
