Who sold it

Hi,
I'm trying to trace the history of my 442. Is there any where I can contact that can tell me where the car was originally sold? Something like Buick's Sloan Museum or PHS? Thanks
Happy Thanksgiving
Ed

Small technicality, but not unless it was purchased new and/or made in Canada.

If you found build sheet that should tell you the dealer it was shipped to.

Where are my manners? First off, Welcome to C.O. Ed.

Check the VIN or cowl tag. Actually the 68 Cowl tag will be the easiest to determine if your car was built in Oshawa Canada. There will be a honking big MADE IN CANADA embossed on it. If it doesn't have that, you might be lucky enough to have the original Protecto Plate or Bill of Sale? If your car was made in Lansing, chances are slim to nothing you will find a build sheet. If it was any other factory, you may find the build sheet. That will specify all the cars components as it came down the line, and will also identify the dealer the car was shipped to.

Thank you for all the responses and the warm welcome. No "made in canada" visible. I will look for the paperwork. Thanks!
