Where to find parts 1969 F85
So, I have a 1969 F85, and most sites don't have that as an option. Where to find exact parts, and is the same year cutlass an exact fit exterior and engine part wise?

Outside of interior and exterior trim differences, most parts interchange for the same model year. For mechanical parts, your local auto parts store still carries most items. Then there is the internet, Rockauto, com for auto parts, OPGI, Yearone, Fusick, etc. for restoration parts.

The F-85 was simply the low-rent end of the Cutlass line. As noted, upholstery patterns and exterior trim may vary slightly, but mechanical and sheet metal parts are identical to those on the same body style Cutlass for that year.

The F85 is the designation for the baseline A Body not a package designation. In other words, it is the Cutlass so there isn't a need for F85 designation on parts. So, first off, welcome to the site. There are more serious Oldsheads here than anywhere I'm aware of. Good info, help, hints, parts....... There are a couple here on this site that sale parts kinda like drug pushers for us addicts if you will, only they aren't as shady, well some aren't ;0). But yeah welcome. I use Classic Oldsmobile Parts in Clemmons, NC. Ask for Jim.
