Seems everyone sells this trim but I am confused on where it goes. I believe this is missing on my 72 Supreme. OPGI says 70-72 Supremes & Convertibles, rear quarter panel. It is an odd shape, so you would think it would be obvious. Please advise...

 

They look like the chrome trim that is on the quarter panel extensions. They will line up with the trim on the trunk lid.

 

There is a stainless trim piece that fits on the rear edge of the trunk lid running the entire width of the trunk lid. Those pieces you have pictured are a continuation of the trunk lid trim piece that go on either side at the very rear quarters. Does that make sense ? If not I can take a photo of my car to show you.

 

You know I expected a much larger piece. They seemed so much bigger in the picture, but you are correct. Thanks, for the info...
