what to what to do?

ok here the deal. i have a guy in oklahoma that is willing to trade my 61 dynamic 88 wagon for his 68 delta 88 custom the 68 is loaded with a number matching 455 and all the goodies including bucket seats . the wagon is kinda plain but it is 61 wagon. both cars are projects . the 68 has some floor rust issues as for the wagon is fairly rust free . the 68 is suppose to run but he has never tried himself. as for the wagon no idea if it runs or not . the motor is free. so should i trade for this car or hold out for a better (less rust) car.

The decision is yours (only)

I always say that the person whose butt cheeks are closest to the steering wheel is the only person whose decision matters. all other opinions are meaningless.........

Ha ha. I agree.
I like the 68 if your taking votes.
A 68 Delta 2-dr. with buckets and a 455?
That 68 455 is what guys? 365 hp?
The wagon is cool for the year no doubt.
Good luck on your decision.

Gee, you have a project car that's pretty solid. Are you saying you don't like it and want to trade if for something you really haven't seen up close? All I can say is if it was me, I'd be thinking there's a reason I picked this solid (though plain) wagon for a project..... my 2¢. I doubt whether many would agree with me, but even though wagons were the grocery getter beater and were produced en masse, how many do you still see around? Not many. So I'd say the wagon is waaay more rare than that Delta and could be built any number of ways from Sunday and come out looking cool! I'd keep the wagon; it'll haul more beer, and you've got a ready made tail gate party just waiting to happen.

Do you have the roof rack trim that's missing in the pic?

I hate rust. If it were me, I would keep the wagon. It is way more rare than the Delta and will stand out more than the Delta when restored. As previously mentioned, your opinion is the only one that counts.

I vote wagon. Drop with airbags, fight kind of wheels, cool paint and it would turn more heads then the delta
