what glue do you use for foam to OAI breather?

what glue do you use for foam to OAI breather?
i have used weatherstrip glue before but if you replace the foam later the glue is hard to get off. is there anything else better to use?

3M spray adhesive. If I remember correctly, they make two grades, one of which is better suited for high-heat applications.
