What is this carb part called?

During my rebuild I noticed this was cracked. Its back together and working, but I would like to replace it. Can't find it in any schematics labeled, so have no idea what to look for and scrolling through pictures of carb parts hasn't worked yet. Please tell me what it is called and if you know a good place to buy one I could use that info too.

thanks,
Bob

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the, er, CSM.....

Yes, the fast idle cam is what controls the fast idle speed when the carb is cold. There are several on ebay right now.
