What is it?

I have this trim piece on the top of the fender on my 87 Delta 88 to show when the lights and turn signal is on. A number of years ago the car was wrecked and this trim piece was broken. I picked up the pieces and tried to put it back together with glue and re-enforced it on the back but it's not doing very good. It's in too many pieces to weld. I would like to try to find a replacement but I don't know what it is called.

It would be part #105. The part #103 and #104 are undamaged. The part #105 seems to be made of some kind of pot metal.

If all else fails fabricate. I had a bar of aluminum in my shop so I made it with my table saw, metal cutting bandsaw and a dremel tool.
