W31 Open Face Alt?

W31 Open Face Alt?

I know W30's comes with the open face alt, but does a 70 W31 have it as well?
If not, is the alt externally regulated?

Only 442s got the internally-regulated alternator in 1970 (W-30s and lesser 442s both). The W-31 is not a 442 and got the externally-regulated alternator.
