Was the underside of the W-25 hood, when it came from the factory, painted all black, including the circle cut-out section, or was that part left white (natural fiberglass color)? Was the screen painted black? Was it gloss, semi -gloss, satin, or flat black?

 

i don't know what the % gloss/flat was but it was more of a semi gloss, most every survivor with original paint i have seen had over spray from the body color under the front edge. just remember to paint inside the scoops. i see so many that has inside the scoops the body color and it just don't look right. i am sure there will be more detailed answers than mine soon.
