Value of a 65 442 Convertible in 1973

I bought a 1965 442 Convertible to use as a second car from my uncle in 1973! My wife and I drove it hard for 6 months and finally ended up selling it to a neighbor when my dad gave us his 67 Buick Special! The sale price...50 dollars! See picture below that I just dug out of my dad's dresser of the 50 dollar 442! Oh If I had it back today!!

The guy I bought my 66 from got it back in '78 when he was 14 as his first car. Said they paid $400 for it.

In 76 I bought a 62 Skylark for $50 bucks! In 77 I saved up $500 bucks and got a 68 GTO with only 36000 miles on it.
