trim rings

I have been looking into the trim rings for my SSI wheels
It appears GM part # 9796919 was the correct one
I have found some with 4 clips to hold them on the rim. I read these were recalled by GM as they tended to fly off the car.
They were replaced by same appearing ring with attaching points around the whole perimeter about 2 inches apart
