What transmission came in the 83 Hurst Olds? Turbo 350 or 200 4R?

The whole point of the lightning rods was to operate all four forward gears in the 200-4R. Yes, I am aware that Hurst later released aftermarket versions for the three speed trans, but those were never factory installed, and frankly the extra lever is a little ridiculous on a three speed trans.
