If you can't fix it yourself, it would be cheaper and easier to find another.

I dont know a repair place but lets start with whats wrong w it first ?

After my 13month old innova dial back digtal readout fancy boy light died on me (12 mo warrenty BTW) and the repair cost (thru innova)was the cost of a new one (~$90)
I vowed to spread the word that innova sells jacked up chinese junk . I was really more mad that i had sold my 30yr old still works fine but no dial back sears light.

After some careful ebaying i got a nice 30yr olds sears light same as my old one except it had the dial back feature. The seller wasnt 100% on the description and the dial
for the dial back was sporadic. I took it apart and like truck man found some bad solder joints, reflowed them and im back in business.

point is many failures of older well made equipment are just fatigue and a good inspection may yield the problem.

Bingo!

I have zero electronics training, but I can re-flow solder and replace electrolytic capacitors; and that seems to be the majority of the problems.

For the record--electrolytic caps have about a twenty-five year service life. After that...good luck. Even if they still work, they can be very high-resistance.

I traded-off my Sears timing light to the Mac Tools guy decades ago--the Sears unit had gone dim. Still have the Mac Tools light, and it's still nice 'n' bright.

I've had the same Sears dial back timing light and a tach/dwell meter that I bought in the 80's. They both still work flawlessly.
