Thornton 455 headers?

Has anyone purchased these headers? I didn't see them listed on Thornton's website. I kinda like them.

They really look pretty. If Thornton makes them, they are right. I live near Thornton and I am familiar with their work. Thornton does the work right or they don't do the work!

I haven't used them yet but did buy a set.My engine is in the project stages.
Very impressed with the style, flanges and welds compared to the earlier tubular offerings.
These should work well for my street engine application.

Someone had a post up on this a while back and someone commented on the tubes. They stated the tubes weren't even therefore they aren't a true header. I don't know enough about them to make that determination but I did replace the stock manifolds on my 2006 Silverado with something very similar. A different company makes them, but unfortunately they don not make them for any Olds engines. The truck has an LS1 6.0 I didn't notice much of a performance difference and the fuel economy actually went slightly down but the flow is much smoother when you are launching the car off the entrance ramp to the freeway. Down State NY ramps don't offer much time to catch up with traffic, so many times launching from a dead stop is a must.
