Thinking about buying another car (craigslist)

I actually think this is better than my current 85 delta. I need a lot of parts for mine and this one looks complete. And mine is have some electical issues. It says clean title and runs. For $700 i dont think that's bad. I just need it to be able to drive around the block. Since its only going to be my project car.
But its about 2 hours away from me :/ i think i will go check it out though.
