Things im getting into

Howdy peeps. I got the keys but not the title yet (cause the neighbor was tipsy and couldnt find the title). 1990 ninety-eight regency brougham. Its got its issues, twilight doesnt work, turn signals come on steady on the dash when parking lights are turned on, cam sensor code and occasionally a code 42 (ill use my tech 1 to monitor it), noisy blender doors with one slamming, wiring dangling everywhere. So im looking forward to getting it up and going. If anyone has tips, tricks, info or whatever you got, then it would be very appreciated!

With old cars I always clean and tighten all ground connections and R&R fuses to insure good electrical connections, R&R relays and bulbs doesn't hurt either, (remove and replace)

Cool project! That 3.8l v6 will run until doomsday if you maintain it. Make sure the transaxle isn't leaking.

There is a car dealership here in Dallas that is named Sewell, so it is possible that is where the car got that badge on the trunk lid.

January 1st 1989 was a Sunday (dash pic). Probably what it gets reset to when the battery gets disconnected.
