Wow. H heads on an engine out in the wild (not at a car show) are things you hardly ever see. Assuming both heads are on the same engine, wonder if the engine itself is from the same W-30? $5K is easily worth the heads alone if you were looking for a set for restoring a 71 W-30. And from what I recall, the chambers are only slightly larger than D heads.
Still, at that price, I'd be all over that fast if I needed a set of H heads, or even a W-30 engine if that happened to check out as the home engine block. Sell the rest of it to recoup some of the $$ invested.
