Sweethearts & Orphans Show

Several of us from the NTOC attended the annual Sweethearts & Orphans Show this past weekend in Corsicana, Texas. The weather was pretty crummy as you can tell from the folks huddled up in the entrance to one of the vacant buildings. We got through the show before the rain started. The show is put on my the Hudson Essex Terraplane Club who is a great bunch of folds. The Oldsmobiles did pretty will with 3 of us taking our class. Notice the early 1900(?) Brush that has wooden axles. Here is a link to my photobucket if anybody is interested.

A Triumph Spitfire!!, rare as rocking horse **** over here, I wonder how many survive?.
Shame about the weather, but some very rare cars on display.

Roger.

The same couple own the 68 W30 convertible and the Triumph. I think the Triumph is her car.

Missed seeing you there. Corsicana was not as nice as Granbury and I think the weather kept a few folks away. The word we got was the Granbury Chamber of Commerce was difficult to work with. I hope you make it up to the Zone Show in April.
