And here I thought we were going to talk about cars coming out of hibernation and tires chirping. I wish I lived closer to that event, bet its a lot of fun.

For those of us on the west coast it is the swap meet in Portland Oregon. Reported to be the second largest swap meet event in the USA now. Second to Carlisle. The fun starts next Wednesday at the PIR racetrack and goes through the weekend.

We will be there in stalls 6616 C-F

so Joe are you having a meet and great this year? I tried to stop by in the fall , but the tarp city was closed up. I will only be there Friday. I will stop by early. it would be nice to put a face with the name!

 

Yeah, the rain sucked last fall. Plan to host a happy hour again this time, Friday afternoon.

 

OK Joe -- count on me and my sidekick to stop by and drink some more of your free beer on fri afternoon.. You can see me again in same spots NH 11 & 12. All olds guys welcome to stop by and chat and introduce yourselves if we have never met . I think Palladin will be hanging out at my space most of the time too so you get to chat with him too! let me know if there is any olds parts that you may need that i can bring along!

 

speaking of parts -- just realized that i need a pair of 68 A-body hood hinges for the ramrod. And am also still looking for a nice 68 442 upper radiator plate and also the center air dam for below the core support -- all for the ramrod. Bring em to Carlisle if you can fill.

I believe it is under the only tree? on the fairgrounds, near an intersection just down from the candy shop, Debbies Sweets? H-53 area?

 

Vendor list shows a Harry Mills at H098-99. No Chris Mills listed.

I'll be there Thursday looking for a nice 68 442 hood.

 

Weather for Friday is starting to go downhill, unfortunately.
