Stupid question.

Adjusting carb. Book tells me to start at 3 turns from bottom. Is this full 360 degree rotation per turn or 180? I am only asking because I can only get about 180 out of my wrist.

Well... in some parts of the world, not pointing fingers. It takes 3 people to change a light bulb, one to hold the bulb and two to turn the ladder.
