Stainless Steel clamps

Looking to get some clamps for the rubber hoses in the engine compartment that don't rust after 3 seconds.

Where can I get a set of quality clamps?

Are the T-bolts better than the worm gear style. Are the wire versions acceptable?

Take a magnet and see if the bands are attracted to it. The more magnetic they are, the lower the grade of stainless. I have bought 'stainless' ones that turned out to be non! I used to like the Ideal brand but not sure how good there are nowdays.
The T style have plastic handles that will probably break in a year. Get the regular screwdriver type.

There are many sources for clamps with stainless bands but plain steel adjusting screws. Try a boat supply store for fully-stainless clamps.

You want "acceptable" as in correct for a resto or what's best?
The best would be stainless T-Bolt band clamps.
You do mean T-bolt and not Wittek tower clamps?

Those are nice. Afraid to look for a price on them. I am looking for a clamp that are the best against the elements, not a period correct or resto look. Thanks for the link.

I'm using Oetiker clamps (stainless steel):

They're from Switzerland. You need to buy a special tool - I bought a knock-off version.

Are those hard to remove (loosen) with the special tool? I guess I have never seen those before.

They're not reusable, but they clamp super tight with no leaks.

You can use the tool to remove them, you're basically cutting through them with the jaws of the tool.

Ok - that makes more sense. I guess you buy extra just in case.
