Spark plugs

Which spark plug works best when installing hei distributor in 69 350?

I've been curious about this too. I know the wires need to be different, but wasn't sure about plugs, or any change in the gap for the plug on an HEI

I called Mondello and tech said to run 44s plugs and gap at .045
